With a variety of payment methods, we strive to make dental care affordable for everyone. We accept cash, checks, flexi plans, and major credit cards.

• We are providers for Delta Dental (MA,RI,USA), Blue CrossBlue Shield, Metlife, Guardian, Tricare, and  United Concordia.
• We accept most insurance plans(i.e. Aetna,Cigna, Delta Preferred to name a few) and calculate your  copayment and deductibles based on your individual insurance plan chosen by your employer. 

We are now offering up to date daily information on your individual dental plan with maximums, deductibles, copayments, frequencies, age limits and procedures. (If your insurance company has made it available to the leading insurance software company-please inform our Office Manager of your plan and we will enter it into the national database to have the information ready for you at your visit).

Uninsured portions of your bill are due at the time of service.

Cancellation policy - We require 24 hour notice. We reserve an individual time slot just for you, we do not double book and therefore if you are not there we charge a cancellation fee.

FINANCING

We offer Care Credit, North America’s leading patient payment program. This allows you to begin your treatment immediately-then pay for it over time. They offer a full range of no interest and extended payment plans for treatment as low as $300 and a minimum of 3 months to pay. Care Credit has no up front costs, no prepayment penalties and no fees. Additional treatment can be added on without reapplying.
